VIOLENT EXTREME POLICE BRUTALITY on 15yr Girl - Paid to send Children to Jail

The case against a Washington state deputy, Paul Schene, who is accused of using excessive force against the girl. Schene, 31, denies assaulting the teenager in SeaTac, Washington state. The police officer was seen in the video commiting the attack.

The county prosecutor, said the video showed "excessive force". "We believe this is beyond just police misconduct, it's criminal misconduct," Satterberg said.
