ahhh i love lea's voice. and this version is by far my favorite. chris's is good. but i don't like his voice all too much (dont hate it's just an opinion) but then again i just dont like the kurt character (sorry!) but lea's version is too cool, it's very powerful ^^ gotta love her voice. and i prefer her version over idina's! :))
lea is awesome (: she almost sounds like idina menzel while singing this...almost. no one could ever replace idina though (: but this version is still AMAZING! :D
your comment by saying that it isn't more real or believeable, and how it is theatrical means that u think that way.
and this is what you stated " You just wouldn't hear a voice like that from a guy in real life!" (and backing that statement above ^, you say Lea's version is more natural; it basically means that you say that Chris is only hitting it high to build up the character in Glee, and that guy's should not normally hit that high.)
Again you're twisting my words. The reason i said "Lea's version sounds more natural" is because the song is obviously well within her natural vocal range. It's no doubt that Kris can hit those amazing high notes if he wants to, but it probably won't be as effortless for him as It is for Rachel, which IN NO WAY implies that Chris cannot hit that high (which you accused me of saying before). You're interpreting my words wrongly and reading too much into everything.
and BTW, it's not wrong to say that guys can't "normally" hit that high (although i never said any of that in my original comment. where did you read that?). But Chris is obviously an exception, as he has much higher range than average guys. That's why i said you wouldn't hear a voice like that from average guys and it's unique for that reason. Maybe i should've phrased myself better (you see English isn't my first language). Anyway i'm done explaining everything to you now. Take it or leave it.
can't you read? i did NOT say guys can't reach those high notes. next time please learn to read properly first before calling someone "narrow-minded".
