    There are so many riders like that in here, Indonesia. Several of them had been run over by a bus or truck. Life is fair. For this helmetless rider, I suggest the three wheeled bike for 3y/o+, before using any engine.

    I agree with you leedsrider, im about his age and ride a scooter and it just gives us a bad name, i ride a 125 abd i have a kevlar armoured jacket, a pair of good gloves and a wear a helmet, i would never even think of going anywhere without them. I would have reported him aswel.
