Aiptek See Me ( DHD11X SeeMeeHD ) - Test Video and Overview - Tech Talk

This episode we take a look at the Aiptek SeeMee HD camera, which features a front LCD screen for the ability to see yourself while filming and Full HD (1920x1080p) recording. The front LCD screen displays video at 9-15fps (so it's a bit laggy) but it's really just there for reference.

I purchased this camera, hoping to have something I could use to shoot vlogs and other fun videos. The front LCD screen was one of the main reasons this camera caught my eye. Shooting with most pocket cameras, including the ipod touch, the biggest problem is that you can't see yourself. Well this camera has been designed to fix that problem.

As you will see in the video, I was surprised to see that the macro switch on this fixed focus camera actually gives a nice depth of field!

Interestingly enough I was considering the TM900 all day today then I stumble up your video. I think I want to sell my DSLR and invest into the TM900. I needs me some slow motion! I can't stand the lameness of 30fps. How long have you had it?

@0Kimchi0 Just a few months. I'm still trying to get the hang of it.. like every camera there are things I like and things I don't. The main reason I like it is that it can be manual when I want it.. or set on auto when I'm on the go.

You hit on the right points. You may want to "focus" on how these little cameras "focus" more in the future. I bought a Bloggy Touch and was all excited, then I noticed it had an extremely hard time focusing. Keep up the good work!

There are some mica with a headphone plug. If not you could always get an adapter.
