  • Could you get out deep scratches with that compound, also can regular auto paint buffing foam work?

  • @DDUFubar This MIGHT be able to get deep scratches but it would take you days to buff out a deep scratch. I would recommend getting a scratchhog or some other type of scratch removal kit to take off deep scratches. As far as auto paint buffing foam, I'm not sure. Cerium Oxide is specifically for glass buffing and works well for that purpose.

  • Brian I also like the jacket that you have. Is there any way you can tell me where I can buy some of the jackets. Thanks, Clay.

  • Great video, I have run into this alot and never knew there was a solution. You should contact insurance companies and let them know you can do this. I have seen whole buildings get the glass replaced because of this. Good luck.

  • @bfurnace hey dude thanks for the reply, your right it does take ages with cerium oxide,I did some research and for deep scratches you must use silicone carbonate first.

  • thanks for info and video
