Tanco Bale Wrapper (1320-EH)

The big advancement on the 1320 is the unique patented twin folding wrap arms. The folding design allows the machine to retain its compact size, so necessary when the machine is used during Wrap & Stack. Two independently driven rollers ensure smooth, consistent rotation.

On the final turn of the wrapping cycle the wrapping arms fold together bringing both film dispensers side by side allowing the film from both spools to be cut and held by a single Cut & Start unit. As soon as the next cycle starts the arms unfold o the conventional wrapping position. The twin wrapping arms are evenly balanced allowing for high wrapping speeds. The twin system also eliminates the rocking motion associated with single arm machines. The new twin tower design offers the best solution for maintaining the 1300 Series compact and robust build while creating a twin arm wrapper capable of high outputs and only weighing 700kgs.

The new more compact chassis and roller arm design give very fast loading and unloading times. The faster loading and wrapping gives the 1320 an output comparable to any high-speed wrapper. The added benefit of the wrap / stack capability is that it is an ideal machine for contractors. The End Tip Kit allows the bale to be dropped onto its flat side when unloading.
