Thank you for posting this song. It's my favorite MGB song of all time. I ordered Beautiful Midnight long ago (when it came out) from Amazon and wasn't into making mp3's. I traded the cd after some years and missed this song. I tried to reorder the cd but they shipped me the U.S. version instead! I was SUPER pissed. Anyway, you've made my day 'emilyrl'!

Me and my father have a bad relationship but MGB is the one thing that we both like. He had them on CD when we were driving to Florida for a cruise. MGB is the only thing that keeps me from getting mad at him.

@emilyrl I agree. To me, if music doesn't say anything, it's just noise. Pretty noise to some, but still noise. Music without meaning, is the choice of the simple, the choice of uncreative and the choice of the anti-poetic dogmatic ignoramus, who wants life and everythin to be simple everywhere, so that way the world isn't too intellegent for him/her. Pretty much every single MG/MGB song says something, and sounds wonderful to boot. That's why I've been listening, for over 15 years.

@emilyrl the best thing about your post, to me, is that you believe in this music. This is an artist that saved me from an addiction to hurting myself. though he's very morbid lol I think the honesty is what helps. I'm glad that when I was 18...my mind still understood what he was trying to say. most 18 year olds can't think passed their hormones. Thanks to you, Matt and all the others who have mentally taken the "red pill" and woke up!
