i bought the joye ego but not the tank one, if i buy a tank atomizer and some empy cartridges will it skrew on the the batteries ive got?

FYI to those who go with the Joye Ego T, the type "B" works with 2ml tanks as opposed to 1ml tanks and is a tube as opposed to a cone atomizer. The mouthpiece is also wider. I find the type "B" to be a great improvement. Easier vaping, better mouthpiece size, operates cooler, and seems to produce more vape. I've packed up my type "A" stuff after 1 day of using type "B". Oh, as for the eGo-T... it was my first device and I've no desired to change... its awesome. :)
