Hi Tara, my name is Dave Ferrin. I live in Concord CA. You inspired me to give yoga a try. Monday is my 1st class at my gym(renissance club sport in Walnut Creek) I bought the Hugger Mugger mat and am ready to give it a try. Thanks for your inspiration.. Oh I saw your steamed spinach vid.--I add one tablespoon of Tahini to mine and it makes it so creamy and good--plus adds 3.5 grams of good protein.. Thanks again for your inspiration...
