  • Just finished upper rear control arm just like you show it in this movie.

    1. The tool with the smallest sleeve does not fit. You used trickery here. I used three arem puller from Harbor Freight on these bushings. Not much pain. The tool that you show is perfect to remove and to insert bushing into spindle (rear upper outer). BTW you do not need impact wrench - I did it with ratchet in about 15-30 seconds. The pain is with inserting rubber bushings and all that lubriacting soap mess.

  • @maciekskontakt - I know what an air driven impact wrench sounds like. I've owned multiple examples. Two things can make similar sounds.... especially through video. I wasn't trying to imply that the video was fake or anything, but ok.

  • @DaedalusZero

Any impact wrench sound just like this

I thought it was cast and machined threaded rod. It looks like it. I would assume it cracks and break rather than bend. I would think control arms bend easier.

Messy. Also bear in mind that burning this stuff may tick off neighbors (smally smoke and fire). Some states do not allow open fires anyway. It is just enough that people do not complain if we Seafoam engine ;)

  • Looks like Miata rear upper control arm. I am just about to go to garage and start from these to repalce with Delrins... and use just this HB tool. Encouraging, but I saw that it was slightly bending. I hope it will not bend permanently

  • stimpy! you idiot!

  • no flames but noisy lol

  • just burn them out much easier and use the tool to put the new ones in lol

  • Is this tool reliable?

Some says it will bend after 2 or 3 times of use.
