I am a guy and I have been calorie counting for years. It is my greatest tool..if i had never learned about calories then i would have still been a fat ass. I know exactly how much food I can eat and not gain fat...it's great. I am always either bulking or cutting...i am pretty satisfied with my body but i guess a bit more mass won;'t hurt lol

Calorie counting is not hard once you get use to it. Mentally, I know how much calories are in my usual food and can keep track in my head. Like today I have consumed about 1000 calories, so I know I need to eay another 1400 so i meet my daily requirment. Counting is not just overweight people. I count to make sure I eat enough otherwise I go underweight (long distance runner). Yeah, it's not hard once your use to doing it. Also there good Kj to calorie convertors on the net too :P
