Bulgogi (Korean Barbecued Beef)
"beef sirloin fillets marinated in a sweet and aromatic Korean sauce grilled to perfection and garnished with scallions and sesame seeds"
0.6 pounds Beef Sirloin
½ Onions, chopped
1 Spring Onions (Scallions), chopped
4 cloves of Garlic
2 ½ tablespoons of White Sugar
2 teaspoon of Sesame Oil
3 tablespoons of Rice Wine
3 tablespoons of Korean Soy Sauce
Critique of the Dish:
"I'm a hard core vegetable lover but when my brother cooked this Korean dish and I saw and smelled how mouth-watering it is, I just had to taste this dish! The Bulgogi he made is tasteful and sweet. The beef was thin enough that all the flavors of wine, sesame and Korean soy sauce will make you crave for more. It's definitely a superb dish -- another reason to love Korea more! "
