We are at our third part of Stalled train clip. With snow cover on the ground, and a chilly 19 degrees,, we are just over of Sand Patch, and on the eastern Slope of Sand Patch Grade, at Manila PA. A west bound slab train K111 with CSX units 5117-367 climbs uphill. There are two units shoving hard on the rear. While the train is passing, our stalled coal train, V605 is finally on the move east, and drops down hill toward Cumberland with CSX units 411-419. The helpers that where sitting watching in part I, then where put on the hind en at Garrett for the shove to Sand Patch have since been removed, and are head back to Connellsville PA. Helper units are used on trains both east and west to Sand Patch. Thanks for watching... January 04, 2003.

We started out chasing the V605 where it stalled coming off the Branch. It can be seen in part one,

Then we captured the V605 running west to Garrett to run around his train to head east in part II. The V605 is passed by the helpers, and waits at Garrett for the run around move, and to shove the train to SandPatch.

  • Stop wasting your time videotaping trains and go take a remedial English course so that you can learn how to spell.

  • @railfan1943 WHAT IN THE HECK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT! There is NOTHING misspelled in the caption.
