David Mayne produced this short, documentary film to raise awareness and support in the fight against hunger. The film explores stories of emergency food box recipients who never expected to find themselves in need.
Many thanks to Producer/Director David Mayne and his entire crew who donated their time and talents to create this special film.

A very helpful fact that is not as widely known as it should be: In Oregon at least, those applying for foodstamps only need to report the income of household members they are applying for. This is not stated clearly enough on the application in my opinion, especially the Interim Change Report which says "Include income sources for all household members", which is quite misleading. People should be made more aware of their eligibility.

Thanks for this timely video. With the USDA now reporting that nearly 17 million children in America are at risk of hunger (up a startling 4.3 million from their report two years earlier), this is particularly meaningful. One out of four children in the U.S. now fall into this category. Yikes! Thanks for your help and we'll keep working away too.
