@kingskings98 The reason why you can't ask is your afraid of rejection. The best thing would be in this case would be to get a female friend who is also a friend of hers. Get your friend to ask if she likes you and if so, then you can ask her out. You can't just go up to a girl you don't know and say, "I love you." This aint Bollywood.

@kingskings98 you can first try to be that girls friend by talking to her on some random topic on which u both can talk for long so that u can be her friend
after becoming friend everything becomes easy
