Compare Fullerton's police behavior here with the Norwegian police in their capture of Anders Behring Breivik.
Anders, who had shot and killed almost 100 people on Utøya island, was not beaten, was arrested and taken to jail to be tried.
These Fullerton officers are reminiscent of the SS troops from Nazi Germany or other gangs that use their power to inflict violence at will.
If behavior like this from those in power isn't checked, US citizens are doomed.
