Is it me or is everybody forgetting that the ultrapixels are not just a software feature, but three layers of physical pixels, that is currently unseen anywhere else? How come you just deem this a bad thing? That's not a fail, but a huge win! The camera has three times the power to get better light and colour reproduction and super sharp detail. That's like the coolest thing ever!

The battery is 2300 mAh, but size doesn't tell the whole story.

The Tegra 3 on release day was already outclassed by older processors.

The Verge is biasing it already. What pitiful coverage so far. Yesterday I've read the article about HTC betting the company etc. So many words, for a Phone they had not much time to look at. That's rather poorly covered, I would dare to say.

3 layers? You mean like Exmor R from Sony? (Or Foveon from Sigma, but that one is not in phones)

+1, this is the opposite of "betting big on software". Other phone makers are using huge numbers of pixels with horrible image quality and processing the results to look ok in low light while HTC is using big pixel hardware to get cleaner images straight out of the sensor.

Not true the tegra 3 a while back was the best at its time but after that better mobile processors came out and topped it thats just how the tech market works and plus I trust nVidia as a vendor and if stuff like the nvidia sheild software works on a galaxy s4 it would be the only reason I would upgrade from a s3
