So the police that make a living off of nonviolent arrests of cannabis says medical marijuana is bad, what, bad for their jobs?
-
if a cardholder isn't getting the medication they need from the grower they set up... they can just pull that grower and find a new one right?
-
Don't worry guys, SB 388 has been abandoned because the cops finally realized that no one was supporting it.
Pot will be legal to consume recreationally in a few short years so I laugh when I see them trying to butt their way into the medical program, lol.

yea alcohol is causing more damage to people than weed ever will. cigarettes too. yet we accept alcohol and cigarettes but not weed. makes no sense does it?

The officer is stating that persons entrusted to grow this marijuana for patients, termed "caregivers", running growing operations, appear to be not giving the marijuana to patients, in fact, in California, charging large amounts of money for it, and they want to know where this marijuana is going. The best answer here is for the State to have its own caregivers !!! The State grows it, and persons with the card pick it up via a pharmacy on order. END OF PROBLEM !
Hey I got a better idea, just legalize it and leave us alone. No one has the right to tell me I can't smoke pot, and the mere fact that marijuana is illegal is completely asinine.
The entire reason marijuana is so valuable and drug dealers and cartels sell it is because cops like super trooper dingman here think it is better to try and control it and arrest those who grow/use marijuana, thus creating a black market for criminals to profit on.

There shouldn't be any more "rules" on marijuana than there are for alcohol. It should be sold in stores, or you can grow it at home, just like many brew their own beer at home.
