Stalls--60 Matted Stalls in two Heated Barns: All stalls are 12 X 12 and lined with rubber mats, and include Nelson-brand watering systems, feeding doors, and fan brackets. Also all Cadence stalls have windows for your horses enjoyment inside the barn. The majority of stalls also have overhead individual stall lighting for show horses.
In addition, Cadence offers four 12 X 24 broodmare stalls in our fully-equipped breeding barn.

--Pastures: Six various sized lush Bermuda pastures with rolling hills, ponds, a creek and plenty of shade trees; all pastures & paddocks are well-maintained and surrounded by safe and secure pipe & cable fencing; nine 12 X 24 loafing sheds are in place for optimal protection in inclement weather.

--Indoor Arena: 10,000 square foot lighted riding arena with supreme race-track footing; Connected to the west barn by a covered breezeway, the indoor arena also has numerous windows and two large barn doors for circulation in the summer as well as viewing mirrors; Kept graded regularly

--Two Outdoor Arenas: 35,000 square foot fully-lighted arena with supreme race-track footing & sprinkler system, drains rapidly; and our beautiful 60,000 square foot arena with full hunter-jumper course as well as sprinkler system; both arenas kept graded regularly

-Property Managers Reside On-Site
-Multiple Cross-Tie Areas for Tacking & Grooming

@ThatSoJamie It is Edmond Oklahoma. It is not on a colledge campus but very close.

UCO Colledge is about 10 minutes away. OSU is about 35 minutes away and OU is about 30 minutes away.

I drove by here today because I was looking at UCO and it really looks like a nice place. It looks even nicer in real life.

I really like it because it's like maybe 10 minutes from UCO and like 5 minutes from the interstate.

Can you board a horse there, train it there, and ride there, without having to take leasons? Could you use the round pin and arena when no one else is using it just to do your own thing?
