ah... they're lots of info on that in the web, just set up the tank first w/out fish and let the filter run. If you want to use fishless cycling, just drop bits of food everyday. If not, pick fish like guppies or mollies. Then just watch the water parameters. Anyway, there're lots more informative ways to do this on the web. Just google it.

yep, I did. I was a bit impatient though and the fish a little early, but it was nearly done anyway and my fish are fine.
