I use this at the gym all the time. Gets the heart rate up better than the elliptical and not as awkward of a motion. But at about 8 grand i wont be getting one for my house.

when i go to the gym this is my favorite machine. but there so expensive. I would absolutly love to have one of these at home.

I did 3 miles on this gizmo this morning (I am a long distance runner/walker who is protecting a lower hamstring injury). I know that my thighs were pumped when I got off.

This is my favorite machine.  I have problems with shins when running and knees when using the elliptical, and this machine was easy on both during my one hour cardio workout today.
