@Metals999 Did you ever think that she may have gained significant weight "after" injuring herself. Don't be such a insensitive DICK head.

@donnalioness reflex sympathetic dystrophy (more commonly referred to as complex regional pain syndrome over the past decade or so) is generally considered to be a disorder of the PERIPHERAL nerves... given that, I fail to see how spinal manipulation could relieve it. Still the placebo effect is a powerful thing.
The point is that those that ascribe to 19th century vitalism are well outside their scope of practice here.
And seriouly... "suck wind"? Surely you can do better than that...

@drsoandso fyi, from 1 person who has rsd & has lived with pain for 20yrs - thank you to my doc who did an MUA on me ~ I HAD 2 YRS OF PAIN FREE LIFE, so suck wind!

Just goes to show you....if you something doesn't move under normal conditions....just force it. Nature makes mistakes but we know better.
-
@dregaus but... but... but... it takes DRUGS to do this? How could any self respecting chiropractor ever lower themselves to have anything to do with it?
And "scientic documentation"... what, a few case reports?
-
@drsoandso Seriously... this is within their scope of practice. Don't you think it's kind of interesting that this quackery has scientific documentation backing it? ...Or do you bother to research something before forming an opinion?
