@NickandChaseFilms Good point, but I would feel better about it if they had all the points and they were up there because every enemy was spawning at deployment. But still, you have a damn good point.

@Krathis191 so you're telling me that a sniper preventing an enemy from reaching a helicopter is NOT helping their team? so they should just let the enemy hop in, unscathed, and wreak havoc because that way he has a fair chance? that's what's bull shit. true, recon users should behave more as you said, but given the dynamic gameplay of battlefield 3, there really isn't one specific way/wrong way any class should/can be used.

@NickandChaseFilms Bull, snipers in Battlefield aren't sniper. Their recon. Hence the classes actual name. They are meant to get in to a safe but close distance to the objective put down a spawn, then cover teammates and help their team get the objective.

@wannabeserpento99 I didn't say camping their main wasn't a problem. That's definately a problem and is a prick thing to do. But using sniper rifles the right way isn't a problem. It doesn't ruin the game if you use it the right way. If you use it to just get kills for yourself; that isn't the right way. But if you use it to cover your teammates that are going to take over an objective; that's the right way.
