Skoda 105L - 1978 (My "new" car)

Impressions from my "new" car, a Skoda 105L from 1978. B ought in April 2008. In UK and USA better known as Skoda Estelle or Sedan. In former GDR a highly wanted ride and often seen vehicle, after 1990 nearly died out. Still a cute little car with interesting concept (4-door, rear engine...) and nice to ride.

I've grown up with these cars. And I miss them on the road. About 20 years ago seen the last of them in traffic. :-( A classic car is what I wanted, so my choice got to these cars, that I know for a long time. I love the RWD, the noise of the engine, the decent smell of fuel and oil... what do you drive?

Hallo,

always use 1% two stroke oil in your fuel to prevent engine and fuel system wear and corrosion caused by modern E10 Eco Fuel! Its just too dry and aggressive to your engine and pump and tank materials. 2 Stroke oil neutralizes the acid in the modern eco-fuel.
