Lol, first thought on the temperature? 16 degrees, feels like 3 didn't sound too cold to me then I realised you were using (the archaic measurement of) Fahrenheit! RESPECT.

Very nice! I just finished my week 1 workout 1 and it was good.. I'm using one of the C25K workouts on the iPhone.. I wish I had the Nike plus gear but I don't.

Have you had to repeat any C25K weeks? I am so proud of you. I have been lazy so I am starting back at week 3. I lost my motivation and quit for a couple of weeks.

Nope ... I thought I might have to with the knee pain but motrin helped me through that! You can do it Cheri!! Get back out there.

Kewl gear...Makes me wanna go running...er...I mean, shopping! LOL If you use mittens, our hands will stay warmer cuz your fingers snuggle up together. My hubby sometimes uses a pair of sport socks on his hands, he'll bundle some of it up and hold it in his fist. Keeps hands much warmer that way. You can also put a hot pocket in your mittens if you need to. Keep up the GREAT workouts! Hugs, Cami
