What a good thing to remember! Thank you for this UB quote. Ego maintainence uses up a lot of energy. Experience has taught me that the 'Flow' is much easier to acheive when I'm not worrying about how I'm doing or what others are going to think of me. For me, it boils down to a choice between Ego and Muse.
