  • RIP, freedom fighters.

    Tiocfaidh ar la

  • fine tribute

  • god bless lads rip

  • there was no such thing as the 'west tyrone brigade' - they fought along with Tyroen-Monaghan brigade commonly known as the East Tyrone Brigade. West Tyrone area would have been Strabane/Castlederg/Omagh areas

  • i can

  • brave lads RIP.thanks for the vid,TAL.

  • any one have a link to download this song please the harte brothers were my mothers cousins she can not get this song any were RIP LADS

  • OK however these men are on the West Tyrone Roll of honour, Not the east Tyrone Brigade???

  • You're both wrong lol. They were members of the Tyrone/Monaghan Brigade. It is usually referred to as the East Tyrone Brigade because it is in this area that it was most effective. Similarly to the way the "Armagh Brigade" is referred to as the "South Armagh Brigade".

Also parts of Tyrone actually came under Mid-Ulster Command.

  • These guys were West Tyrone Brigade!
