Ours just went out a few days ago. The bearings wore out. This fan REALLY blows air though..when it worked!

They still have a few of these with extremely beat up boxes at my local Wal-Mart. $12.88 get you one of these POS. The motor is very small; 75mm X 12mm. The normal size for an affordable 12-inch is 90mm X 18mm.
