There might be something to instant coffee. Because the process goes from green beans - roasting - brewing - freeze dried - packaging in such a short amount of time, it probably isn't that bad. I find the secret is you have store in freezer after opening to maintain the freshness. Otherwise in a few days you start noticing you don't get the fresh taste, you got when you first opened it.

How can an instant beat brewed coffee? I have had a lot of coffee in my life but most insant coffee is like a diferent drink compared with brew coffee.
