Great video! I also got in on this special projects/closeout, mine should show up some time Monday. I may even get the guts up to do my own review of it, more than likely in print on a forum....hopefully nutnfabcy won't mind my review of something he's already done. Actually there is...well...was a reason why some knives came out of the box a little dull. Long ago, knives used to come out of the box like that because it was a starter bevel. Everyone used to profile and sharpen their own blades. That was the market desire. Most of this was pre modern era though for the knife industry, pre 1970's. But times change.
