on Sylvester 2005, we went to the fishmarket in Cebu PASIL to buy fish for our SYLVESTER party. We went to the market at 5:30 am. This video is in front of the fishmarket, we are watching traffic and people passing by.

funny thing that I couldn't figure out where the pasil market is located. I've lived in cebu city for 8 years and been to taboan, carbon, ramos and many other markets but never been to pasil market.
