I had Pandora.com playing on my computer as I was shooting the video. I think it's a Peruvian street band.

What is the music in the back ground?

Great video. I am new to straight razor shaving and have been trying to decide on a scuttle or not. Will be ordering in a few days from your site. Thanks

Hi Julie, great video. I see you measuring both pots. How are large the pots when you throw them? (They look very large) How many pounds of clay do you use to throw these vessels? Thanks so much!

@119gretta My clay shrinks about 12% so I have to take that into account as I make them, probably one of the hardest things to get the hang of as I was learning to throw.

I recently started wetshaving and love your scuttles. Where is your pottery shop? Not sure I am ready for the scuttle, but do you make other shaving bowels?

@Tillerman7 I'm located in beautiful, rural, friendly King George, VA. I don't have a shop per se, but I do have a small display area in my studio. All of the shaving pieces that I'm currently making are on my website.
