The world's best Free Runners converged on London's Trafalgar Square for their world championships. The sport involves runners who perform spectacular stunts, leaping and diving over walls and buildings like urban acrobats.

Reporter Nicola Stanbridge met some of the competitors, who demonstrated their moves around BBC Television Centre in West London.
