  • very thought provoking stuff to try with my kempo instructor, thanks!

  • Awesome! You just did five swords on my brain! This and the video "Triggered Salute/Gripping Talon Opposite and Reverse" just opened several new doors into my studies. Thanks for breathing new life into my mundaine training routine.

  • I learned it that way too. Say you look familiar. Ever been to Challahan's Kenpo Karate in New England? I could've sworn I've seen someone who looks like you there before.............

  • always great to watch and learn you do sgm parker proud.

  • Thank you gents that was both informative, and enjoyable.

    PEACE

  • Aaaaaaaawesome!!!

  • Hey Joe. How about FS and Glancing Wing? After the palm heel of FS, the opponent (due to his right knee being immobilized by your right knee) tries to swing a haymaker uppercut. I say palm heel because the poke creates the reflex that obscures his vision. So, FS: rouindhousepunchinwardblockoutwardchopthrustingpalmheel -upclockleftdownwardoutwardhookingparryrightinwardhammerfist

keep it up, you make us think!

  • Hey Joe, how about Five Swords to Glancing Wing?

After you palm heel (seeing that pokes create responses that block or obscure the attackers vision), he rocks back enough to make the FS uppercut a no go, but he rolls with the strike to swing a wild left uppercut. Knee to knee contact should tell him where you are also. You forgot to add the smackin' Dude. LOL

You make us think, keep it up!

  • In 5 swords when you execute the left palm/eye poke your right hand must check low in front for possible knee/kick, not return to side of hip. Mr Parker would kick you in the groin. Trust me on that. Peace SifuTE
