I want the message out as much as I possibly can.

I worry that stopping use of sprites, sound effects, backgrounds, foregrounds, music, other, others from sites like (I reported Spriters-Resource and VGMusic along time ago hopefully Spriters-Resource and VGMusic is fine to use though) http://www.spriters-resource.com/ and http://www.vgmusic.com/ etc. would be nearly impossible if not impossible.

So by making a video about it (I will make a suggestion to WMG and UMG more explainatory soon enough) it is more likely that companies can get a hold of this suggestion(s) that I and almost certainly others had in mind.

So basically I am hoping to get it to where people can "for certain" use video game stuff legally by either A or B below.

I know it is policy (as far as I know anyways) to decline use but people still upload them anyways and I worry about infringement. So I came up with a wonderful solutions I would recommend A personally.

A: You guys (video game companies) upload your sprites, music, backgrounds, foregrounds, sound effects, games, other, others etc. and fees recommended and possibly more fees than recommended in the video:

1 game: $15.00 10 games: $100.00
One of each (background, foreground, sound effect, music, game etc.) for personal use:
$200.00 One time fee for downloads for personal use: $10,000.00
For now no replies allowed just private message me and/or http://1hp.proboards81.com/ to contact me please, thank you.
One time fee for public and personal use (per person): $100,000.00

B: A: except only you guys can distribute publicly.

So that although used you guys (video game companies) get the money first and no infringements are happening.
