Actually it's "ebi furai" to be specific because of the panko bread crumbs but the batter and preparation is still the same as tempura. Only difference is that it has panko bread crumbs coz I like it extra crunchy. If you just want normal tempura, skip the panko bread crumbs.
This video is for those who doesn't want to pay a lot to eat a lot. It's so easy like pancakes so people should make it in their home also. Peace!
