@xAZAZELx13 iunderstand how easy it seems its just i cant find a number for concacting about careers ive read all the info on there site i just had some other questions that i couldnt find on there site
@MrStryperfan I Googled them out of sheer curiosity and found the career section on their website in literally 10 seconds. Contacting them should be easy for you but for some reason it's not. I don't really know what else to tell you.
@UniteForgetLeftRight I personally don't know very much about wire welding codes. I haven't run ANY wire for about seven years now. I know some of the pre fabricated spool pieces coming out of shops are done with a Mig root then finished with FCAW. From what I understand to get a good root with Mig you have to take your space a little wider and have no land on the bevel edge. I've never personally done it though.
ive been hearing alot about shipyards adopting fcaw for almost everything including pipe, i used to work in a fab plant where we migged and core wire welded low pressure pipe, since it wasnt code a full pen. root was not required but i would often practice at it with little success. do you guys know much about wire welding pipe to code?
@gilberto83 6010 down hand bead and 7010 down hand fill and cap. "Hand Motion" is really a matter of personal preference. However you can get it done without any repairs!
