You should probably stick to PvE, PvP just isnt your bread and butter, First of all, sup runes are terrible, second of all, even on a 40/40 set you should have alot more than 530 health, At the very LEAST you should have a defensive set, 40/40 set, 15/-1 set, and low energy set(and in the case of this build, an enchant casting set. Thats not even going into your 7 shield sets with +vs dmg type, as also mentioned, you cant maintain enchantments for anything. In short: bad people dont make guides
