@HMProductions95 ..What U.S. schools teach is that there was no clear winner of this war and in ways this was the War that both sides won. Both sides got concessions and both sides lost some. Contrary to what we teach our kids in high-school, Canada did not score an outright victory over the US given they achieved almost everyone of their objectives and the GB empire actually lost territory. Canada is the only nation that teaches its students that Canada won the war of 1812 outright....pure BS

@HMProductions95 You are brainwashed. Canadians never burned down the Whitehouse, it was Brit Red Coats from Bermuda who did. Canada never existed until over 50 years later. If you want to play the burn down the capital card, then the yanks already did this in York when they raised it to the ground and on top of it all Canadian forces surrendered .
