Desde el discurso del Che Guevara en las Naciones Unidas en 1964:

Esta disposición nueva de un continente, de América, está plasmada y resumida en el grito que, día a día, nuestras masas proclaman como expresión irrefutable de su decisión de lucha, paralizando la mano armada del invasor. Proclama que cuenta con la comprensión y el apoyo de todos los pueblos del mundo y especialmente, del campo socialista, encabezado por la Unión Soviética.

Esa proclama es: Patria o muerte!

Tuyên ngôn đó được hiểu rõ và ủng hộ bởi nhân dân toàn thế giới, đặc biệt là khối xã hội chủ nghĩa dẫn đầu bởi Liên Bang Xô Viết.

From the speech of Che Guevara at United Nations in 1964:

This new will of a whole continent, of America, is captured and summarized in the cry, proclaimed daily by our masses, as the irrefutable expression of their decision to fight and to paralyze the armed hand of the invader. That is a cry that has the understanding and support of all the peoples of the world, and especially of the socialist camp, headed by the Soviet Union.

That proclamation is: Homeland or death!
