Overview:

Miss African Caribbean Queen culture pageant is organised by Mellow Mix and Blend Ltd in association with The African Caribbean Music Federation.

The showcase of the Miss African Caribbean Queen culture pageant will comprise a beauty pageant and showcase with representation from the Caribbean and Africa. All aspects of the event will be planned and organised by Mellow Mix and Blend Ltd &

Objectives:

The objectives of the Pageant are as follows:
•To celebrate the beauty, grace, intelligence and culture of women of colour.
•To give young black women who are not models the opportunity to experience the catwalk.
•To introduce women of colour to the world of beauty pageants.
•To recognise and appreciate women of colour.
•To unite people of African/Caribbean descent and other multicultural communities interested in the beauty pageant industry.

Audience:

The pageant will be targeted at the African and Caribbean communities young and old; together with their friends and families of ethnic backgrounds. It will also target the business community and professionals living in the UK. It is envisaged that the pageant will attract over 800 attendees. The pageant will be judged by guest celebrities and a celebrity personality from the African/Caribbean community will host the show.

OUR AIM IS TO BRING OUR AFRICAN & CARIBBEAN CULTURES TOGETHER AND UNITE OUR CULTURES BECAUSE THEY ARE SO CLOSE BUT YET SO FAR. OUR CULTURES AND UPBRINGING MAY BE DIFFERENT
BUT WE ARE ALL ONE.
