  • Joe this was a great video thanks. My question to you is i recently joined a well establish real estate firm and my finances are at just about zero. Now i really would like to become a top producer. What would you recommend that i do to head in that direction?

  • Thanks dear, It's very helpful. When is the good time to call for expiry, u said call them the next morning but they usually have the same phone calls by then, seller gets really frustrated. My problem is that i get turned off by sellers after the meeting. Sellers says we will tell u later on r on the phone they would say they don't want to sell it anymore but the after that at later date someone else gets the listing.

  • I love your style Joe. All of the dialog assumes that an agent has previous business and in this case is willing to endorse you. What about a brand new agent? What 'back-up' would you provide to expireds to capture a meeting?
