Rescue 911 - 100 Lives Saved - "St. Louis Gas Leak"

When a mother falls mysteriously ill, a Rescue 911 segment clues her in on what is happening to her. Also included in this clip is a fan letter from a mother who found a faulty electrical wire in her daughter's room after seeing a Rescue 911 segment dealing with fire safety. This segment was taken from the Rescue 911 special "100 Lives Saved" (Episode 401) which aired September 15, 1992 on CBS.

Did the syndicated version of this segment have the fan letter from the woman? Or did it go straight to Shatner's intro?

Straight to Shatner's intro. None of the fan letters were used in the syndicated versions of the 100 Lives Saved and 200 Lives Saved segments.

What segments from the specials were syndicated? I know this one was, that the 4th segment of this episode was, that the first and second segments of 200 Lives Saved were, but I'm not sure what the others were. That's if any other segments from these two episodes were syndicated, LOL! .

@anric77 Syndicated means that a show is sold to multiple other networks (usually so that reruns can be shown). Rescue 911 was originally shown on CBS, but syndicated reruns were shown on other channels.

I think it's very important for people to have a carbon monoxide monitor in their home, because of the fact it's odorless and tasteless.

And also the early symptoms of it can be simillar to the flu.
