I could use Babel and other programs to translate.
But, you can not cut and paste from a video.
Being disabled and due to strokes, I am unable to keyboard the words even if I paused the video.
The lessons haven't always been without the translation.

@keidun Dictionary, perhaps? Figuring out what the sentences say isn't that hard either, if one watches what's going on in the picture.

Here's a quick one:
