I like his voice but the problem was that his voice was being speed up. At normal speed he sounded way better.

ok, serious, i aint think it's that high. honestly i aint know 4 sure. however i firmly believe it cant be that high. reasons:
- lots of samouth's & other oldies' songs are posted on the net
- lots of young people post their singings of samouth's & other oldies' songs on the net
- virtually all modern singers sing samouth's & other oldies' songs.

I guess you're right, not all Cambodians are dumb, just 99.99%. Most only like those nasol voices that sound like chipmunck.

ok. you're right to a degree. yeah yeah there are cambodians who're so dumb. but i don't think all cambodians are that dumb. i know there are cambodians, young & old, who know the difference between good & bad voices.
on youtube, many young cambodians post their singing of samouth' songs. as for in cambodia, i saw an article saying that oldies singers especially samouth are household names just like current ones.
