  • The Republic is a great reso for very little money. Frank sets them up right and they play good out of the box. I keep mine strung with the red package Martin strings so it frets and strums like my flatop. Works best with a bottleneck on some low down blues. Can get pretty loud if you use fingerpicks. Hope you enjoy yours like I have mine, should last a lifetime. Hope to see a vid of yours soon
