  • I think you're missing the point. Cows are going to poop anyway. Now we can make electricity from it, give farmers another source of income (not to mention the final waste product is recycled into cow bedding saving each farm about $100k annually from buying wood chips) keep them in business and keep Vermont from being turned into a parking lot. This keeps the 'green' in the Green Mountains State figuratively and literally.
