Kevin: later i guess *continues playing
his video game*
Denise: *walks in with tears streaming
down her cheeks*
Joe: *looks up* hi mommy...
Kevin: mom...what's wrong?
Denise: i'm so sorry. *Pulls out a gun aiming
for joe*
Joe: *Scared* mommy?
Denise: *tears streaming down her cheeks*
I'm sorry but I have to *pulls the trigger and
Kevin and Joe duck* NO!! *shoots again and
shoots Joe in the side* oh my gosh...
Kevin: JOE!! *kneels by him* MOM LOOK
WHAT YOU DID!!! *looks up at her crying*
Denise: i'm so sorry *runs out*
Kevin: *turns back to joe* Joe stay with
me ...look at me....
*Later at the hospital*
Doctor: Joseph Jonas?
Kevin and Nick stand up
Doctor: Well..umm are your parents here?
Kevin: they're the ones that shot him.
Doctor: what?! umm did any of you witness it?
Kevin: *raises his hand*
Doctor: well after you visit your brother I will
let you explain to the police.
Kevin: *sighs and walks into Joe's room*
Joe?
Joe: *opens his eyes* hey nick hey kev!
Nick; are you okay?
Joe: i'm alive aren't i?
Nick: *laughs* yeah!
Kevin: how are you feeling?
Joe: good besides the fact my mother just
shot me *sighs and tears up* why did she
do that?
Kevin: i don't know joe...i don't know
*1 Week Later The Bros are staying at a
neighbors house*
*After Dinner, Marie (the neighbor) goes
to the store*
Nick: *someone knocks on the door
so he answers it* hello?
???: hello I'm looking for a Nicholas,
and a Joseph Lucas do they live
here?
Nick: umm I'm nick my brother Joe is
in the other room and so is kevin.
???: Thank you *pushes past him and
a guy grabs him and he comes back with
a struggling Joe with kevin following*
Kevin: LEAVE THEM ALONE!! WHAT ARE
YOU DOING!?
???: You boys are going into the custody
of the state....
Kevin: well then...why aren't you taking me?
???: You've already been adopted.
Kevin: WHAT?! B-But you can't seperate us
???: We can't seperate these two...I'm sorry
*leaves with Joe and Nick*
Joe: *looks out the window at Kevin and starts
to cry*
