I thought this PSA was effective because it tells us a message. The fonts are lowercased but is bold, the color was brilliant and stands out of the white background too.

You're interfering with nature, with natural selection, and creating future generations of poverty and suffering and helpless people who have no hope of supporting themselves let alone the half a dozen or more kids they have.
