Peopl don't get it!!!!!!! In the 80's everyone wanted a drummer with flash like Neal Piert and Tommy Lee. Playing in the pocket is where it is at, i'll take a pocket player any day than a sloshy, sloppy player.

really true i have heared them a few months ago live here in Hungary and it was almost kind of annoying that he was almost always just a tiny bit in front of the beat . He killed a lot of songs with this all the great laid back grooves were lost because of this i justdont understand why he chose this guy

Man, he is good drummer otherwise Richie wouldn't ask him to play with him right??
